Contested faculties

We also act for petitioners in contested Consistory Court cases in various dioceses across the country and are fully conversant with the Faculty Jurisdiction Rules and the underlying case law. Linked with that we have also had conduct of appeals to the Court of Arches against decisions of the Consistory Courts.
