Our Dispute Resolution team have extensive experience of acting in judicial review claims in both the Administrative Court and Court of Appeal both defending public bodies that are subject to judicial review and acting for corporates, schools and charities seeking to challenge unlawful decisions including:
- Challenging reports and judgments of Ofsted;
- Challenging the decisions of public bodies whether on grounds of irrationality, procedural impropriety, unlawfulness or breach of human rights; and
- Defending public bodies, particularly schools, against claims for judicial review.
