Our expertise in children related issues forms a key part of our practice.
When parents separate, disputes over children can centre on a range of issues, from a child’s living arrangements, contact with a parent, religious upbringing, financial provision and/or national or international relocation.
We support non-confrontational methods of dispute resolution, including mediation, solicitor negotiations, and round table meetings. Where necessary, however, we will issue Court proceedings, including urgent applications.
We also work on assisted reproduction and surrogacy cases.
